Transcript Requests
All transcript requests must be made in writing, submitted by the person to whom the records belong. The following information should be included in your request:
- Full name as it appears on your school record 
- Current mailing address 
Email requests may be accepted after further confirmation. Note that transcripts will not be released unless the student’s account is paid in full.
Cost
A student’s first five requests are free. After five, the cost is $10 each.
