What is SOULS West?
SOULS West is a Seventh-day Adventist outreach leadership training school operated by the Pacific Union Conference. It is a school designed to train Adventist young people for service and leadership within God’s church in whatever line of work they are called.
At SOULS West we believe in a wholistic approach to education. Over the course of the two year program students are able to gain experience in mission service in all 7 conferences across the Pacific Union Conference. In addition, staff and faculty help students focus on education and development in three main areas:
The Hand
Students gain practical experience such as:
- Hands-on meal preparation
- Personal time-management

- Magabook leadership experience
- Public Speaking
The Head
Students are instructed in biblical topics and taught how to share their faith in a winsome way through classes such as:
- 28 Fundamental Beliefs
- Daniel & Revelation
- Salvation & Sanctuary
- Hermeneutics & Homiletics
- Publishing Ministry
- Personal Evangelism
- Small Group Ministry
- Stewardship & Finance

Students are given opportunity for personal growth and spiritual transformation with:
- Personal mentorship
